These terms cover your use of the Indus Occasions website. The work we do for you is governed by the separate written agreement we sign for your event, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
You are welcome to browse this site and to contact us through it for your own, lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access parts of it that are not public, scrape it at scale, or submit anything false, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date or create a contract. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A booking exists only once we have both signed an event agreement and any deposit it names has been paid.
Services, packages and any figures described on this site are indicative and subject to change. Every event is quoted individually against its own scope, date and venue.
Reviews must be your own honest account of an event we worked on. We read every submission before publishing and may decline or remove one — for example if it is not genuine, identifies other people without their consent, or is abusive. By submitting a review you allow us to publish it, in whole or edited for length, on this site and in our marketing, alongside the name you gave.
The photography, design, text and marks on this site belong to Indus Occasions or to the photographers and partners who licensed them to us. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission. Event imagery is published with our clients' agreement; please respect that when sharing.
This site links to and embeds material from other services, including Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current.
To the extent the law allows, Indus Occasions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed event agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Bexar County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
